Our Process

This Due Diligence Phase involves our initial site visit and client meeting that evolves to a system of thorough defining of your expectations. We create your budget to ensure accurate costs by work closely with vendors, sub-contractors, architect, engineer, and design teams to give tangibility to your vision. Then we begin to develop realistic timeline and schedule for timely delivery.

Our Production Staff will be first boots on the ground for site clearing, initial grading, house benching/slab cut, and footing prep to make sure we have created a professional, accurate, seamless entrance in this next phase. Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.

The last step in any build. This phase includes, site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
